The Onyx management team reflects a wide range of backgrounds that gives us the ability to approach, define, and analyze challenges with well thought out engineering solutions. We strive to understand our clients’ needs, accurately define them, collectively communicate them to the technical staff, and support the production of quality and within budget deliveries. |
On a day-to-day basis, the Onyx management team plays the role of project sponsor. Each member of the team aligns himself with a particular client and maintains an open and continuous communication loop. In addition, Onyx managers direct weekly and ad hoc technical coordination meetings so they can keep abreast of day-to-day project activities.
The Onyx team is also directly responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our OSHA-compliant safety program.
